Ingredients:
5 lbs of smoked sausage or kielbasa
Toothpicks
Wood chips

Directions:
Directions:
Variation: barbecue sauce, teriyaki sauce, hot cheese sauce or tortilla chips

Soak two hand fulls of wood chips on water overnight. Separate wood chips into two foil packets, close them up tightly and poke holes into top side. Light grill on one end with low heat. Raise cooking grid and place one of the foil packets on the flavor grid, put cooking grid back on. Place the sausage around the end of the grill that is not lit so the meat will not be directly over the heat. Pull lide down and let cook for about 20 minutes. Pull cooking grid up and lay second pack of chips on flavor grid.

Turning sausage over carefully not to tear it in pieces, let cook over unlit end of grill for about 30 more minutes. Slice and serve with toothpicks, barbecue sauce, teriyaki sauce, hot cheese sauce, or tortilla chips.
