2lbs little smokies
Large bottle of teriyaki marinade
Pack of small bamboo skewers
Cube cheese
Fresh pineapple sliced and cubed
Disposable pan
Triscuits

Directions:
Directions:
The night before, put pineapple and smokies into a disposable pan and pour all of marinade over the top. Cover pan and let sit in refrigerator over night.

Pre-heat grill to medium heat. While grill is heating, put two smokies and one pineapple cube on each skewer. When grill is hot, place skewers right on cooking grids. Cook about 1 to 1 minutes on each side.

Serve with cube cheese and triscuits. Makes an excellent appetizer before grilled shrimp or chicken.
