2 large tilapia filets
cup fresh parmesan cheese
cup Italian bread crumbs
Olive oil
1 tsp garlic salt or powder
stick butter
Disposable pizza pans

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat grill to approximately 350 to 375.
Brush a light coat of olive oil on pan.
Lay tilapia filets on pan.
Mix cheese, bread crumbs, and garlic together. Take pastry brush and lightly coat fish so that bread crumb mixture will stick. Coat both filets with dry mixture, spreading out evenly to coat each filet. Melt butter and spoon over dry mixture. Put on the grill in pan for approximately 20 minutes, or until breading is golden brown. Serves-2
