4 boneless chicken breast
Chipotle flavored marinade
Large bell pepper
Large red onion
4 slices Monterrey jack cheese
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
The night before grilling, use a meat cubing tool on your chicken breast. Put chicken breast into a large Ziploc bag and completely cover for overnight absorption. When getting ready to grill, pre-heat at medium heat. Cut your onion and bell pepper into rings. Mix your chili powder and garlic powder together. Place your chicken on the grill and sprinkle seasoning right on the chicken. Put your onion rings and pepper rings on he grill about 5 minutes later. After about 12 minutes, turn your chicken and cover them with pepper and onion. After five minutes lay a slice of cheese on top, and as soon as cheese melts remove and serve.
