2 lbs Frozen Hash Browns
2 cans Cream of Potato Soup
1/4 lb Butter
2 C Milk
1 Onion, grated
1 lb Cheddar Cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat soup, butter and milk. Put potatoes into a 9x13 pan. Mix in onion, salt and pepper. Cover potatoes with soup mixture. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 for 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours.
