4 medium size tomatoes
8 slices mozzarella cheese
Olive oil
Garlic pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat grill to medium heat, approximately 350.
Cut the ends off of the tomatoes and split them into halves. You should have 8 pieces that are flat on both sides. Baste olive oil on both sides and sprinkle a generous amount of garlic pepper on both sides. Place on grill and cook on one side for 3 minutes, then turn and cook other side for 3 minutes. Put cheese on top of each half until melted. Can be served as an appetizer or side dish.
