Ingredients:
4 center cut pork chops; inch thick
cup break crumbs
1 egg
1 small can sliced mushrooms
lb sausage
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat grill to medium heat.
Take a sharp knife and split your chops open so that a pouch is formed. Brown sausage in a skillet, drain well. Put all ingredients other than the chops into a mixing bowl and blend together. Stuff as much mixture as you can into each chop. If you have butcher string, tie them up so they will not spill out on grill. If you do not have string use wooden toothpicks to hold them together. Cook slowly on grill, using a meat thermometer to check for doneness. Should be 165 to 175 in center when done.
