2lb. ground chuck
4oz- blue cheese crumbles
1 tsp.- garlic powder
1 tsp. coarse ground black powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat Grill to medium heat.
Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl, and mix ingredients together using your hands. Do not over-handle meat, just mix ingredients until cheese and seasonings blended in with meat. Make 4 oz patties and cook on grill until they reach desired doneness. Put them on a bun with red onions, dill pickles, and your favorite condiments. You can also use the same ingredients to make meatballs that can be served as an appetizer.
