1 c flour
1/2 butter
1/4 c powder sugar
2 eggs
1 c sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbs lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350
1. Mix flour, butter and powder sugar and press into a bar pan. Bake until brown around the edges
2. Mix 2 eggs with sugar well, add baking powder, salt and lemon juice. Pour over crust and bake for 20 minutes or until middle is set.
3. Dust with powder sugar
