1 T Sugar
2 Eggs, beaten
Onion to taste
1 scant C Milk
2 C Corn, drained
2/3 C Crackers or Bread Crumbs
3 T melted Butter
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly beat eggs and combine with sugar, finely chopped onion, and milk. Add corn and pour into casserole dish. Topping: Melt butter and mix in crackers or bread crumbs. Distribute over corn mixture and bake at 350 about 30 minutes.

This was a recipe of my mother's. According to her it was one of Nic's (Colby) favorite ways to have corn.
