2 lbs. frying chicken
2 T. butter
1 cup Open Pit barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place 2 lb. frying chicken pieces. Skin side up, in a greased shallow baking pan. Brush with 2 tablespoons melted butter. Bake 375 for about 45 minutes or until tender, basting frequently with 1 cup Open Pit barbecue sauce.
