8 slices of bread
1 1/2 pounds of sausage
2 C. sharp cheese
4-6 eggs
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
3 cups milk divided
1 can mushroom soup
( you can sub. 1 carton of half and half)

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread cubes in 9x13 casserole dish, Brown and drain sausage, Put cheese on bread, then top with sausage, Beat eggs with mustard and 2 1/2 cups of milk pour over casserole. Refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven at 300 degrees dilute soup with 1/2 cup of milk and pour over casserole. Bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hours
