Shrimp; Extra virgin olive oil; Cajun or spice.

If shrimp are frozen - make sure they are thawed. Rinse off shrimp and paper towel dry.

Place shrimp in a platter or plate and brush on olive oil and then apply as much spice as desired.

Cook on a hot BBQ grill or under a hot broiler.

Cook shrimp for maybe 3-4 minutes. Don't overcook - they'll be dried out and rubbery.

I always keep shrimp on hand in the freezer. This is great to make when unexpected guests show up. You just pull them out of the freezer, unthaw, prepare and cook.

They're also nice to serve in a salad too. It dresses up the salad. Enjoy!
