1 c. cheddar cheese
3 tbsp onion, chopped
1 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 c. dried beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients. Place in well-buttered casserole dish and refrigerate overnight, or at least 5 hours. Bake 1 hour in 350 oven.

I always at least double this recipe. If you buy the dried beef in the 4 oz bags in the lunchmeat section, it isn't all that expensive.
