1 lb. hamburger 8 - 10 potatoes 1 c. whipping cream 1 c. water Onions, salt, pepper as desired 3 - 4 Tbsp. flour
Brown hamburger and onions. Drain. Peel and slice potatoes. Layer hamburger and potatoes in casserole. Sprinkle flour between layers. Pour cream and water over top. (Use more or less cream and water depending on how big potatoes are.) Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350º.
