4 pork chops 2 T. oil 1 10 3/4 oz. can of Cream of Mushroom soup 1/2 can of water 1/2 C chopped onion 2 handfuls of baby carrots 1/4 tsp. thyme
Brown pork chops in oil in a deep skillet. Mix soup, water, onions, carrots and thyme together. Pour over pork chops. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook about 1 hour or until pork chops are tender. Serve with mashed potatoes, noodles or rice.
