7 apples (try McIntosh), peeled, cored and chopped
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 c. water
1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place apples in cooker. Sprinkle with cinnamon, then add water. Cook on medium low until apples become soft and mushy, about 3 hours.
Stir in brown sugar and mix well.
