3lb to 4lb Beef Roast
1pkg. Lipton onion-mushroom soup
1can cream of mushroom soup
1can of water
course ground pepper to taste
1can or jar of your favorite mushrooms
optional; add 1/4-1/2 c. Burgundy wine

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into bite size pieces. Mix other ingredients and stir in with meat. Cook 3 hours at 300 in a covered dish, or roaster. Do not turn-over or stir.
Serve over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes.
