1-15oz box Raisin Bran Cereal;
3 c sugar or 2 c honey;
5 c flour;
5 tsp baking soda;
1 c. canola oil;
2 tsp salt;
4 eggs beaten;
1 qt buttermilk;
1 c walnuts;
1/4 c flaxseed;
1 c raisins;optional

Mix dry ingredients in extra large bowl. Add eggs, oil and milk. Mix thoroughly. Bake in muffins tins lined with paper muffins cups if you wish. Bake at 375 for about 20-30 minutes. The muffin mix may be stored in refrigerator for 2 months, using as needed.
