2 lbs XXX sugar
1 c cocoa
2 sticks of butter or margarine
1/2 c milk
1 c chopped pecans
1 c mini marshmallows (optional)
2 tbsp Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Directions:
In a large glass mixing bowl, sift together sugar and cocoa. Pour milk on top. DO NOT STIR Place butter on top. Microwave on High 5-6 minutess (uninterrupted). Remove from microwave and stir vigorously. Stir in vanilla, nuts, marshmallows. Immediately pour into a greased 9X13 pan. refrigerate until set. Cut into serving size pieces.
