Food coloring
1 C water
1/2 C salt
1 C flour
2 tsp Cream of Tartar
1 tbs oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Cook 3 minutes beginning with the time set on the burner. It will get very stiff as it cooks.
Turn onto wax paper. Knead with hands for a few minutes and add coloring as desired.
