21 soda crackers, finely crushed
2 eggs
1/4 C. chopped onion
1/4 C. catsup
1 T. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1# extra lean ground beef
`1 can cream mushroom soup
1 15-oz. can black beans, drained
1/3 C. chopped sweet red pepper
1/2 C. cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1st 8 ingredients and shape into 6 patties.
Brown patties on both sides in a heavy skillet sprayed with Pam.
Pour soup over meat.
Top with drained beans and chopped pepper.
Cook, covered, over low heat for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese over top and cover and cook 5 minutes more.
