1- 16 oz can salmon
2 eggs beaten
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 T. lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
2 T. margarine melted
2 oz. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon, reserving liquid. Add water to liquid to make 1/4 cup. Combine liquid and all ingredients except salmon and cheese. Stir flaked salmon into mixture. Shape into loaf slightly smaller than slow cooker. Place loaf on foil. Cover and cook on low 5 hrs. Top with cheese last 5 min. of cooking time.
