1 very ripe banana
Approximately 4 oz. apple juice (may substitute orange juice or pineapple juice)
1 tsp. sugar substitute or sugar
A few drops lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Blend until thick and smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze at least 4 hours.
