2 cups white sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup evaporated milk
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 cup butter
1 1/4 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9 x 13 pan, VERY LIGHTLY or use a silpat or parchment paper in the pan. In a LARGE pot (your pasta pot) combine all ingredients except vanilla, on medium heat. Cook until hard ball stage. This can take a LONG time, so be patient. Be aware of your elevation and what adjustments need to be made if you are using a thermometer. Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla. Let cool completely, like the entire day, and then cut with a pizza cutter and wrap.
