6 T. butter
6 T. chopped onion
3 T. chopped parsley
6 chicken breasts

Saute the onion and parsley in butter. Add chicken, saute turning ounce, until browned on both sides. Cover, reduce heat, simmer 10 minutes. Place in casserole dish. Heat oven to 300 degrees.

Mustard sauce
6 T. butter
6 T. chopped onion
1 1/2 t. oregano
3 T. flour

Saute the onion and oregano in butter. Remove from heat, stir in flour.

1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 1/2 T. lemon juice
3 T. Dijon mustard
3 t. dry mustard
1 t. salt
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 1/2 c. half and half

Mix in bowl, then add to above mixture. Stir in cream, cook over medium heat, stirring 3 minutes.

Pour mustard sauce over chicken breasts, cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Place under broiler to glaze.
