2 c. leftover turkey
3/4 c. broth
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. grated carrot
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 3/4 c. minute rice or 3/4 c. raw rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onion, celery, green peppers, and carrots until tender. Mix with broth and soups. Add the turkey and rice.

Put in 9 x 13 pan. Bake 350 degree 30-40 minutes. If using minute rice or 1 hour to 1 1/4 hour with regular rice. Bake uncovered.
