Ingredients:  
5 lb potatoes
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz sour cream
1 tsp onion
1 tsp salt
stick butter
1/2 cup half & half

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and boil potatoes. Mix well with all ingredients. Place in 8 x 13 pan and refrigerate overnight. Put 1/2 stick of butter on top. Cook 1 hour at 350 .
