2 lbs ground beef
1 cup milk
3 slices toast
2 tsp salt
1 stick butter
1 onion chopped fine
1 garlic clove minced
1 green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup parsley
1 cup parmesan cheese
3 raw eggs

Put meat in large bowl; put milk in another bowl. Trim crust off toast and crumble into milk. Add this to meat and mix well. Add salt and pepper. Melt butter in skillet and cook onion, garlic, and green pepper until limp. Add parsley and turn contents of skillet into meat mixture. Add cheese and raw eggs and mix thoroughly. Grease baking dish and bake 350 for 1 hour or until loaf has glaze.
