1 (20-ounce) frozen broccoli, thawed
1 cup Minute Rice, uncooked
1 cup milk
1 jar (16-ounce) Cheez Whiz
1 cup celery, chopped
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:

Combine all of the ingredients. Pour into casserole dish and bake 45 minutes at 350.
