2 - 8 oz. pkgs. Cream cheese
1- 4 oz. pkg. Blue cheese
1 Bell pepper; chopped
1 Jar pimento; chopped
Bacon bits, chopped nuts or chopped parsley
Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheese, bell pepper and pimento together. Form into a ball and refrigerate. Smooth surface after a couple of hours. When ready to serve, roll in bacon bits or nuts or parsley. Serve with crackers.
