2 can crushed pineapple, with juice 1 can cream of coconut ½ gallon of pineapple sherbet ice cubes Sprite
Mix pineapple and cream of coconut to form the base. In a blender: 1 cup of base; 3 good sized scoops of sherbet, fill blender with ice cubes, fill blender with Sprite. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
