6 c. torn fresh spinach (8oz.)
1/2 tsp. toasted sesame seed
2 c. fresh strawberries
1/4 c. salad oil (not olive oil!)
2 T. red wine vinegar
1 1/2 T. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. snipped fresh dillweed or 1/2 tsp dried dillweed
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Place spinach in large bowl. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Cut large strawberries in half; add berries to salad. In a screw atop jar, combine remaining ingredients. Shake. (Dressing may be prepared ahead of time; chill and shake well before using. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently.
