5-1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. + 2 T. milk
2 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine powdered sugar and cocoa in a bowl. In a separate bowl cream the butter with a hand mixer. Mix in sugar mixture alternating with the milk. When completely combined, mix in the vanilla. This makes quite a bit. Plenty to liberally cover a batch of cupcakes or a 9 x 13 cake.

Personal Notes:
I used this on the Best Bombshell Brownies, and it was awesome! I had too much frosting, so I kept a bowl in the fridge to eat plain.
