1/2 c. water
1 c. green grapes
1/2 c. pineapple
2 c. spinach (2 generous handfuls)
1/2 banana
1 c. ice

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Start blender on a lower speed until all ingredients are combined, then increase speed to high and blend until smooth.

This recipe works best with a high powered blender such as a Vita-mix or a Blendtec, but please try it with whatever blender you have. Other fruits can be substituted, but light colored fruits will maintain the bright green color. Take it from someone who hates veggies . . . this is delicious! Your kids will love this, and so will you!
