1 cup quick oatmeal 1 cup sugar 3 tbsp flour 1/4 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt **Extras
Mix together above ingredients and add 1 stick butter, 1 tsp vanilla and 1 beaten egg. Refrigerate over night. Drop small amount of dough on cookie sheets lined with thin aluminum foil 3 inches apart. This is important, as they spread out very thin.
