1 pkg (11oz) pie crust mix
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup chopped almonds
1 egg
1 tbsp almond extract
granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pie crust mix, powdered sugar and chopped almonds. Stir in egg and almond extract. Gather dough in a ball and knead on lightly floured surface until smooth. Shape dough in 1 inch balls. Dip tops in granulated sugar. Place sugared sides up, 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten ball to 1/2 inch thickness with bottom of glass.
