12 corn tortillas
1 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. canned black beans

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9 inch pie pan spread out 3 corn tortillas to cover bottom, then place a layer of black beans, zucchini, and then cheese. Repeat this 2 more times and place the remaining 3 tortillas on top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.
