3 tbsp butter, softened
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 loaf French bread (8 oz.), halved lengthwise
3/4 to 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic powder and cayenne. Spread over cut sides of bread; sprinkle with cheese. Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into slices.
