1-2 pork tenderloins
salt
pepper
lemon pepper
a small bottle Italian dressing
bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate pork tenders a couple hours, or overnight if you choose.
sprinkle with S&P and Lemon pepper
crisscross a couple strips of bacon over the top
cover with foil and bake for about 30 minutes. Then remove foil and bake until the bacon is crunchy.
This can also be cooked on the grill over medium heat for about 30-45 minutes.

I like to make this for the "Game on TV" parties. I cook them early in the day and thin slice then put them on Hawaiian rolls with a bit of honey mustard and a small slice of cheese. They can be covered and put in the oven on warm until ready to serve. These are always a big hit.
