3 lbs. country style pork ribs
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. spicy brown mustard
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Place ribs in a large kettle or Dutch oven; sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Add enough water to cover; bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour or until juices run clear and ribs are tender; drain. Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients. Grill ribs, uncovered, over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, basting with sauce and turning occasionally.
