1 cup icing sugar
1 cup peanut butter
4 tbsps. butter
1/2 cup dates (chopped finely)
1/2 cup nuts (chopped)

Butter (softened)
Icing sugar
coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients together. Form into balls. Mix together softened butter and icing sugar (just enough to roll balls into). Then roll into coconut. Chill.

This recipe is also from the Emerald Rebekah Lodge cookbook. It was underlined in my Mom's copy of the cookbook. The directions were minimal so I added some interpretations. I assume the nuts in this recipe are walnuts.
