any Squash (favorite Acorn), 1 c. rice, 1/2 c. any shredded cheese, 1/2 c. cranberries or dried cherries, 1/4 c. chopped scallions, and anything else you'd like to add

Directions:
Cut Squash in halves and bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes. Cook rice according method of choice, instant, etc. When rice is done, place in sauce pan, add scallions, cranberries or cherries, and cheese and cook on low to warm and melt cheese. Place rice mixture in squash and serve.
