2 cans cream of mushroom soup 2 lbs. ground beef 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs 1 egg beaten 1/4 c. water 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. black pepper
Mix 1/2 can of soup, ground beef, onion soup, bread crumbs and egg. Put in loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Spoon off drippings and reserve. In saucepan, beat remaining soup, water, milk, pepper and drippings till boil. Spoon over meatloaf.
