1 pkg crescent rolls 1 lb. bulk sausage 1 c frozen hash brown-thawed 4 oz cheddar cheese-grated 3 eggs 1/4 c milk 1/4 tsp black pepper
Put crescent rolls on pizza pan. Make a lip around on crust. Brown sausage, drain, cool slightly. Crumble and spread across crescent rolls. Then sprinkle with hash browns and cheddar cheese. Beat eggs, milk, and pepper. Pour over hash browns and bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
