1 lb. macaroni, cooked
2 grated carrots
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
Dressing:
1 Can Eagle Brand milk
2 C Miracle Whip
1 C sugar
1/4 C vinegar
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and cool macaroni, add carrots, bell pepper and onion. Mix dressing in order, stir until sugar is dissolved; add to macaroni. Better to make a day ahead.
