Organic Spelt Pizza Dough 1 1/4 c. chopped broccoli florets 4 tbsp hemp seeds unripened goats cheese 1/2 c. shredded extra old white cheddar 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese 1 can pizza sauce (primo brand is the best!)
1. roll out pizza dough and place on a round pizza pan or cooking sheet 2. distribute pizza sauce 3. sprinkle hemp seeds 4. sprinkle chunks of unripened goats cheese and then broccoli 5. sprinkle extra old cheddar 6. sprinkle mozzarella cheese 7. bake for about 15 - 20 minutes
