1/2 tsp salt or seasoning salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 C. flour
2 cans golden mushroom soup
1 soup can water
Cooking oil
3 lbs. thin round steak
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small green pepper, finely chopped
1 C. fresh mushrooms, sliced
5 slices beef bacon, cut-up

Directions:
Directions:
Divide round steak into six servings. Top each piece of meat with onion, green pepper, mushroom and bacon. Evenly distribute. Roll up and secure with wooden toothpicks. Dredge roll in flour and brown on all sides in hot oil. Turn to brown evenly. While browning season with salt and pepper. Add soup, water and any remaining vegetables, stir to blend. Cook at 325 about 45 minutes or until desired degree of tenderness is reached. Turn during cooking to cook evenly with moist heat.
