2 large ripe avocado
1-2 tbsp fresh, squeezed lemon juice
3 tbsp or yogurt cheese
1 clove minced garlic
2 finely chopped green onions
salt and pepper to taste
* may garnish with fresh chopped tomato

Directions:
Directions:
1. slit avocado lengthwise from stem end around base and back to stem. Twist the two halves apart. Remove pit and skin. Mash in bowl adding lemon juice.
2. Stir in yogurt cheese, garlic and green onions. Taste and add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
3. Spoon into a small bowl and serve with tortilla chips.
