2 full chicken breasts, cut into four pieces
4 chicken thighs
4 chicken drumsticks
1/2# cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 cloves garlic, grated
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 C. dry Sherry
3/4 C. milk
1/2 C. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 10x13x2" casserole with Pam.
Remove skin from all chicken and place in casserole in single layer.
Mix together the remaining ingredients EXCEPT the cheese.
Pour mixture over chicken.
Sprinkle with the cheese.
Bake at 275 degrees for 2 hours and 45 minutes.
